FAQ

 PinkBox Event  makes setting up parties and weddings  as easy as 1,2,3!  Just click on our THEME page and browse through our props and decor. From fun kids theme to vintage inspired items.  We welcome orders of any size! we are sure we have those perfect pieces you are looking for to showcase your most elaborate party !
The rental period is for 1-day and includes day before pickup and day after return.
For weekend events you may pickup Thursday or Friday and drop off items Monday.  We will schedule your pick up time and day in advance. If your event is on a weekend, your rentals must be returned to PinkBox Event the Monday after your event between 10am to 6pm. If needed, different pick up and return times can be arranged.  Our office is located in the city of Hacienda Heights.  
We also offer delivery.   Delivery charges vary and are determined by location and distance from our location in Hacienda Heights, CA.
A 50% deposit is required to book your date. You will be sent an invoice through Paypal. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of Pick-up.  If you need your props delivered,the remainder of the balance is due 1 week before your event.   
We accept cash, check, money orders and PayPal. Please note that all returned checks are subject to a $25 return check fee.  There is also a 15%  damage waiver fee to your final orders.
